DIY fancy dinner :D

Hallo..., so yesterday i planned to give a special dinner for Imunk :) I asked Imunk to clean up the balcony, for our dinner. Taddaaaaaa..., i took the things from the kitchen and set the table :)

I prepared all the ingredients since 4pm :), love the weather today, i spent so much time at the kitchen, no sweat! Amazing... :)

The Dinner Menu:

Appetizer - Guacamole with Chips and Prawn

Main Course - Salsa Chili Steak with Cheese

Side Dish - Spinach Blended, Potato Cake, Chill in Cheese

Dessert - Choco Crumble

Drink - Ice Lychee Tea

Ingredients:

1 avocado peeled, mashed.

1/2 lime, juiced.

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup diced onion

8 cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup diced paprika

3 tablespoons chopped parsley 

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon pepper

corn chips

boiled prawn

Ingredients:

Steak

 2 slice sirloin meat

1 small pack unsalted butter

salt/pepper/sugar

Potato Cake

2 small pack unsalted butter

1/4 small pack cooking cream

salt/pepper

instant mashed potato powder

1 egg

3 teaspoon parsley

Spinach Blended

spinach

2 tablespoon chopped garlic

2 tablespoon chopped onion

salt/pepper/sugar

1 dice instant chicken seasoning

Chill Cheese

2 green chili

2 slice mozzarella cheese

sugar/salt/pepper

Sauce

Instant Brown Gravy

 Look at Bill, he just ate 1 thick slice of sirloin steak, and a cup of vanilla ice cream :')

Still Hungry i guess...

So the ingredients for the dessert is choco chips crumble (i blended my cracked home made chocolate cookies with plain biscuits), with vanilla ice cream and hersey strawberry syrup on top :)

I had so much fun today, busy at the kitchen and Imunk luoooveeeee everything :) smooch :*
